Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
Shipping Time: Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash on Delivery is available for most orders. Please note that a few selected products may be exempt from COD. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Please Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [1-2 business days] of receiving your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Important Considerations.
- Delivery Delays: While we always strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, courier delays, or public holidays may cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience in such situations and will do our best to keep you informed.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts due to incorrect address information.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange.
- starting from the date your order is delivered. This gives you ample time to ensure your purchase is perfect.
- Ship the Item Back: Once your request is approved, please ship the product to our warehouse within 5 working days. You’ll be responsible for the return & shipping cost.
- For an item to be eligible for a return or exchange, it must meet the following conditions:
- Minimum Order Value: Returns will only be accepted for orders with an original value of ₹1400 or more.
- Unused and Unworn: The item must be in its original, brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use.
- Original Packaging & Tags: All original product packaging and tags must be intact and attached to the item.
- Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange.
- Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, or due to their nature, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:
- Earrings/nose pins/neckless/chokers/pendants/anklets/toe rings/personalized/customized items*(etc.)
- Items marked as “Final Sale
- Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Order Cancellation Policy.
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please review the following guidelines.
Cancellation Window: To cancel your order, you must send us an email at Info@boredbride.com with your order number within 24 hours from the time your order was placed.
Standard Delivery Time: 2 to 3 weeks but this may take longer depending on the country.
- Shipping Charges: International shipping charges will be calculated at the time to checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.
- Custom Duties: All applicable customs fees,taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Boredbride will not be responsible for any issues regarding customs duties.

- The customer had to specify clearly the address where the shipment should be delivered.
- The recipients receiving the delivery must open the package and check prior to accepting the delivery or signing the delivery receipt.
- If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery,the courier company will try and deliver twice before returning the same.
- Reshipment and handling in the case of non delivery to the customer will be chargeable to the customer.
- Delivery is subject to terms and conditions of the courier company.

Tracking Information.
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. While we assist in tracking your parcel, we are not responsible for delays due to natural calamities or disasters, festive season or unforeseen circumstances, especially those caused by our delivery partner.
